Together, we surpassed expectations and brought Team IMPACT to more families, more children, and more student-athletes...
THAN EVER BEFORE.
ALL IN.
ALL TOGETHER.
To Our Investors,
In a year dedicated to growth, we set out in 2023 to become a bigger, better, and more impactful organization to the communities we serve. Together, we surpassed expectations and brought Team IMPACT to more families, more children, and more student athletes than ever before.
With a record-setting referral record in 2023, we signed 565 new children facing serious illness and disability onto college athletic teams, exceeding our goals. We provided transportation solutions to families in need, while continuing to keep access and equity a top priority through our DEI initiatives. Our measurement and evaluation tools confirmed that our program is having lasting impact on the kids, families, and student athletes we serve.
We expanded our reach to new regions, launching IMPACT events from coast to coast and officially hired our regional leader in Dallas, expanding our team to the South. Through our Championship Fund, we made a splash on the national stage, sending 24 Team IMPACT kids to NCAA Championships and FBS Bowl Games, and saw 6 Team IMPACT teams hoist National Championship trophies this year. This type of national exposure, coupled with our national brand campaign, has allowed us to reach new audiences in new markets and elevate our brand nationwide.
We are incredibly proud of the great success we achieved in 2023 and while we have continued to reach more people who need us, we know this is still just the beginning of our journey. As I pass the torch to Team IMPACT's next national leader, our dedicated staff will remain diligent in continuing to welcome additional children and their families into our program.
Your investment has been the backbone of our success and the life-changing work we do. We are exceedingly thankful for your support and are eager to see what more we will accomplish together.
With Sincere Gratitude,
Seth Rosenzweig, CEO, Team IMPACT

TEAM IMPACT CHAIR, BOARD OF DIRECTORS
As the current chair of the board, I am honored to be a very small part of something so special. We are experiencing rapid growth across all elements of the platform as the virtuous cycle created amongst kids, families, student athletes, coaches, administrators, and donors is increasingly evident. In 2023, we surpassed all previous highs as we saw the greatest number of children referred to the program, the most team matches made, and the largest revenue collection in our history. This can’t happen in a vacuum; it was a nationwide, coordinated effort by dedicated staff and stakeholders. This program is changing lives, but we can do a lot more. I am excited about our future and am so appreciative of everyone who makes Team IMPACT possible. Thank You.
