This year was unforgettable in every way as we broke records, reached new milestones, and impacted more than 34,000 new people through the Team IMPACT program. Together, our organization raised a record $9.75 million dollars for the children, families, and athletic communities that benefit from our program.

The goals and main focus of this year were to expand our impact nationwide through regional leadership and activation, utilize Team IMPACT brand awareness to reach new audiences, prioritize access and equity for our children, families, and organization, and collaborate with our network of partners. This year’s annual report illustrates how we've met those goals both programmatically and organizationally, as well as the steadfast foundation we have built to get every kid in the game. The work we were able to accomplish this year and the good we were all able to do together has been a meaningful journey that resulted in changing the lives of all who are touched by our program.

We eclipsed our 3,000th match this year. This is not just a number, but a representation of the power of Team IMPACT. Whether you are a new or returning donor, you recognize this power, you believe in it, and you have been an integral piece in fueling the magic behind it. Your support has given hope to children battling treatment and provided them with an identity outside of illness and disability. You have restored families affected by illness and disability, lifting their spirits as they watch a kid, who once felt isolated by diagnosis, gain a team of brothers or sisters with whom they form lifelong relationships. You’ve provided guidance and values to the student-athlete who needed direction in discovering the power of their platform. This year, you’ve given the Team IMPACT community a lot to be grateful for.
