What: A 3-day, in-person, training. Our Fellows will leave Summit with a better understanding of their role and what they need to do when they return to campus. It's a wonderful opportunity to engage with other Fellows from across the country!

Where: Boston, MA
Cost: Team IMPACT will cover your travel, housing, and food expenses over the 3 days.

It doesn’t matter what school you’re coming from or what sport you play—everyone is here because they have a passion for Team IMPACT and this helps break down barriers between student-athletes and leads to genuine connection that lasts far beyond these three days.

Summit provides the opportunity for student-athletes to work on your personal elevator pitch and speak not only to your skills as an athlete, but about your commitment to service and how this will translate into a professional setting.

Meet some matches and their families, coaches, athletic administrators, and TI partners to learn about all of the different areas this organization, and as a result you as a Fellow, have the opportunity to touch. The reach is incredibly broad, and Fellows have an amazing platform to share this.
