We dug deep this year and not only met our goals,
BUT EXCEEDED THEM.

TEAM IMPACT CO-CHAIR, BOARD OF DIRECTORS
"In the last 11 years, since our founding, Team IMPACT has served thousands of children and their families and tens of thousands of student-athletes. 2022 was a record year for us in terms of new referrals and child/team matches. We also we hired our first multilingual case manager and put significant effort into resolving the transportation challenge that makes it difficult for certain families to participate.
Donors like you make it possible for us to ensure access to our life changing program to every single child who is feeling isolated by their illness or disability."

TEAM IMPACT CO-CHAIR, BOARD OF DIRECTORS
“Looking back on 2022, Team IMPACT has been able to grow rapidly to meet the needs of so many children and athletes across the nation. By building out a diverse group of donors that encompass many industries, we have added even more creative minds to a team that is long lasting and adaptable, and I couldn’t be more proud of how far we’ve come. The ripple effect has been dramatic, and I am sincerely grateful to have been able to lead our community of funders.”
To Our Investors,
The burning question: play it safe in uncertain times? Or take a risk to meet the growing demand for the Team IMPACT program across the country? Inspired and supported by you, our investors, we chose the latter. We dug deep this year and not only met our goals, but exceeded them. In 2011, Team IMPACT founders—together with a group of friends and one employee—set out on a journey with a big idea to create mutually beneficial relationships for sick kids and college athletes who would never have connected if not for this program. Now, nearly 11 years later and with more than 2,600 children impacted, I’m humbled by all the good our organization has accomplished. Hand in hand with our investors, we’ve given hope, camaraderie, and health to so many.
This year, we matched 440 new children facing serious illness and disability and impacted more than 30,000 student-athletes. Due to exceptional leadership in each of our regions, an incredibly driven team, and supporters just like you, we rolled up our sleeves and skyrocketed through the 2022 finish line. We launched our first ever national brand campaign with a goal to increase our reach with audiences who have not yet heard our story. The ‘All In. All Together.’ message was shared, driving awareness of Team IMPACT and the great work that continues to influence so many around us. We are grateful to report that this progress has helped us welcome new supporters to the Team IMPACT network. And as we continue to look to our future, our investors are the key stakeholders helping us continue our positive trajectory. While serious illness and disability continue to affect so many families across the nation, we hope that Team IMPACT can ease the burden of an incredibly difficult situation. We remain committed to seeing all those involved in our program flourish. We are beyond thankful to count you as a cornerstone in this important work.
With Sincere Gratitude, Seth Rosenzweig, CEO, Team IMPACT
